In Germany, both Automotive Electronics and Industrial Electronics are clear growth segments, with a forecasted 6.5% and 5.0% respectively. Tail light - as it has been for many years now - is Consumer Electronics with a flat an unchanged development pattern.

A similar growth is forecasted for the PCB world market. The Asia Pacific region is still the main growth driver; with 5.0% (following a 6.0%) increase in 2013. Europe has - with 4.5% estimated increase - the second highest (forecasted) growth.

The third slide shows the PCB production value housed in Europe and Germany. As can be seen, since 2010, both values have been stable with vary little variation. It is therefore interesting to note that about 45% of the European PCB production happens in Germany.
